Our stories bring the chessboard to life, transforming each piece into a unique character that takes kids on exciting adventures.

All online lessons feature live storytelling and instruction designed to leverage all the advantages of the digital medium, such as online chess puzzles, game analysis tools, and the chance for a child and their tutor to team up against an Al player.

Camps
3-day or 5-day camps during school breaks!
Stay ahead of the curve and spend school holidays playing and learning in our three- and five-day camp sessions. Camps include a fun, engaging mix of chess, role-playing, backgammon, and other games as well as crafts, snacks, and physical activities for a wide range of ages and experience levels.

We host birthday parties and one-off adventures!
Whether it's a special occasion or a random Sunday afternoon, we have you covered with a range of party packages and drop-in play sessions. No chess, role-playing, or other game experience is required; players of all ages (especially siblings and parents!) are welcome to play and celebrate with us!

Tournaments
Play your peers, go for the gold!
Every Chess at Three student is eligible to play in our in-house tournaments after completing one to two terms in our program. Our tournaments are fun, friendly affairs that serve a broad age range and strike the perfect balance between sportsmanship, lesson reinforcement, and focused competition.

When my son started learning chess through Chess at Three when he was four, I was a skeptic. But now I wish I had Chess at Three when I was growing up!

Now both kids love to try everything that Chess at Three has to offer, from school break and summer camps and tournaments to learning about their game, Birchguard Quest. Our goal was simply for our children to stretch themselves and enjoy chess. The program has really exceeded our expectations.
